Music for Memorial Day! - May 27, 2024

If you've never made it to the annual Mayor's Memorial Day Ceremony at the National Cemetery of the Pacific at Pūowaina, you've been missing out on something special. Our "Arlington Cemetery of the Pacific" is adorned with thousands of lei made by thousands of volunteers and placed on grave markers by Scouts. Those who sacrifice for our nation are remembered and celebrated by an impressive gathering of military, government, diplomatic, and civic dignitaries and volunteers, with moving invocations, speeches, and ceremony, including an Air Force flyover.

For years, the Sounds of Aloha Chorus has been privileged to provide music for the ceremony, along with the Royal Hawaiian Band and various solo artists. We are looking forward to this year's ceremony, and we hope you'll consider coming up the hill and remembering our heroes.
