No Rehearsal This Week! - Jan 26, 2023

The Sounds of Aloha Chorus will not rehearse this evening, as we are organizing a group outing to see the Manoa Valley Theatre's production of "The Mystery of Edwin Drood!" The cast features SOA member Chris Moylan, as well as Miquel Cadoy, who was a guest actor in SOA's 2022 show "Rhinestone Rides Again!" and Andrew Baker, an actor and singer whom we shamelessly hope to recruit into our chorus this year!

When we do meet, the Sounds of Aloha Chorus welcomes guests of all kinds, but especially prospective male singers, to visit our rehearsals. We meet on most Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the Honolulu Church of Christ in Makiki. Please know that masks are optional at our meetings and we are singing together in close proximity on the risers. Most singers are not wearing masks, but members and guests certainly are welcome to do so and/or stand apart from the chorus -- and are encouraged to do so if they have any heightened medical risks. If you are ill or may have been exposed to COVID, we ask that you wait to visit us at a future date.
