Honolulu will be the host city for the 2026 Pan Pacific Harmony Convention! Chorus and quartet singers from New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and the West Coast will convene at Hilton Hawaiian Village and the Blaisdell Concert Hall to celebrate barbershop harmony in a unique, international event that occurs at most every third year. The public will have numerous opportunities to experience truly great music at the convention that week and at performances around the island by world class participating groups! You can check out the Pan Pacific's stand-alone website as well, and day passes are available for each day of the convention, but there are two free, public performances!
First, at 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, the Bill Joor Show, a free quartet showcase, will be held at the historic Kawaiaha'o Church! Quartets competing in the convention, as well former quartet champions, will dazzle us in a beautiful and intimate setting.
Second, the convention will end on October 10 with a free Saturday Harmony Spectacular at 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the Blaisdell Concert Hall. The array of musical talent in the show will blow you mind!
In 2023 the Sounds of Aloha Chorus experienced the joy of that year's Pan Pacific in Auckland, New Zealand. We are so excited to welcome our barbershop 'ohana to our island -- and to introduce our island 'ohana to such exceptional musical talent from so many places!
