If youʻd like to learn a little about a cappella singing, and give it a try, weʻve got the event for you!

2026 has some truly epic things in store for the Sounds of Aloha Chorus, and we want more guys to experience them with us! This is the year we will host barbershop singers from all over the Pacific at the October Pan Pacific Barbershop Convention in October! And of course, weʻll have our own performance lineup locally for the year.

Weʻre kicking off the new year with another special introductory Guest Night to introduce people — especially male singers of all ages — to our music and our organization, and to give them and fun and easy chance to try some singing themselves! Every Sounds of Aloha is a guest night, of course, and we always are recruiting. But our official Guest Nights are designed especially for this purpose, and the timing is perfect because we have an incredibly exciting season ahead in 2026!

If youʻre just interested in learning more about a cappella singing or close harmony to sing elsewhere, come on by. And if youʻre just up for one one evening of music and laughter, thatʻs OK too!

If you have not been to the Ala Wai Golf Course Palladium before, it’s a fabulous rehearsal venue. The Palladium is the ballroom up on the second floor, with plenty of space and good acoustics. There’s ample free parking including charging spaces for electric vehicles, the bus drop-off is nearby on Kapahulu Avenue, and there’s even a Biki bike station right nearby if you like to get around that way! If you should need an elevator, it’s on the far end of the building opposite the entry road.

If you are, or know of, a guy who would like a lot more music, harmony, and laughter in his life, come on down, or send him down! And if you are a woman who like to sing, youʻre welcome to come too, but we also could refer you to our sister choruses!
